02.Speedo
The apartment's owner - who spent many years living
by the beach in Australia - was the inspiration
for its name. And this contemporary apartment has
a breezy, beachy feel to it, with bamboo and cool
colors. It's enough to make you want to wander around
it in your Speedo, especially during the summer
months when the air conditioning will be a big plus.
And as you would only expect from our Speedo, this
is a quiet, tranquil apartment, with abundant natural
light - your very own oasis in Recoleta, one of
the most exclusive neighborhoods of Buenos Aires.
Located in an Edwardian English-style building with
a beautiful lobby, this luxury apartment has one
bedroom (with a sumptuous king size bed, a long
desk, and Mexican artwork). Its modern open-bar
kitchen is fully equipped (with microwave, refrigerator,
and coffee maker). The stylish bathroom has two
wash basins. The beautiful living room has two,
comfy sofas, ideal for lying back in your Speedo
and sipping a Margarita…The apartment has
parquet flooring and is tastefully furnished throughout.
It comes with a CD/DVD player, cable television
and broadband internet. The rental includes all
the services, commissions, and a maid service once
a week. |

LOCATION
TIPS Speedo
lies in the heart of Recoleta, one of Buenos
Aires's most sought-after and secure neighborhoods.
Abounding in bars, shops and cafés,
the district is also home to some of the city's
most important historical and cultural sights,
including Recoleta Cemetery and the National
Museum of Fine Arts. It is located two blocks
from Sante Fe Avenue, the city's main shopping
thoroughfare, where you will find endless
fashion shops, cinemas, gyms, and all your
other necessities. The metro and innumerable
taxies run through Sante Fe, making Speedo
an ideal access point for the rest of the
city. It is also just six blocks from Village
Recoleta, a multi-screen cinema. |
