48. The Fountain
As any queen will tell you the best rooms are always at the back of the palace. "The Fountain” is no exception. Positioned behind and connected to one of the most chic addresses in Buenos Aires, The Alvear Palace. The apartment has direct private access into the Alvear Palace Arcade and direct views into the Palace gardens and fountain. A short walk away is Evita herself in the Recoleta cemetery and the many bars and restaurants of this exclusive neighborhood.
Location location is always the key in real estate and often means a compromise on the accommodation but not in this case.
